Witness Deposition and Trial Testimony Training

Description:
    Teaches the rules for and process of giving effective testimony
    Evaluates a witness’ communication style and corrects or adjusts for communication problems
    The witness undergoes a brief orientation to the trial process and then is lead through a series of communication exercises
    These exercises simulate depositions, direct and cross- examinations, adversarial conditions, and rehabilitation techniques
    The Jury Experts work with the witness to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement  
    Practice with key demonstrative exhibits is strongly suggested
    The entire hourly process normally runs three 3 hours.
    Focus groups can be used in complex matters to guide and refine witness testimony
    Feedback from mock jurors is often the most effective way to help problematic witnesses
    For cases that are largely dependent on expert witness testimony, focus group exercises designed to provide guidance about how to best convey complicated material.

Professional Fees:  $350 per hour, plus Collateral Expenses*

*Collateral Expenses include the costs of any incurred travel expenses.
