Description:
    The Jury Experts consultants work with the trial team to develop questions that elicit and capture all relevant perceptions about your case.  
    This study can also be targeted to assess how pretrial publicity in the venue might have created an unfair bias against your client.  
    The Jury Experts consultants develop a stratified, random sample of 200+ jury-eligible citizens matching the demographics of the venue.
    The actual interviews of citizens in the venue are conducted via telephone in accordance with scientific sampling methods to rigorous standards.

Insight and Advantages:
1.    A psychographic profile of the venue reporting the composition of demographics, relevant case experiences, attitudes and beliefs held by jurors.
2.    Prevalent perceptions of the litigants in the venue and the impact of pre-trial publicity.

Work Product (Deliverables):
    A comprehensive report profiling psychographic characteristics and relevant case experiences, attitudes and beliefs in the venue.

Professional Fees:  $5000, plus Collateral Expenses*
